Logo, banner, colors and fonts will be changed and customized to your needs if you want them to. Your pages for your course/membership will also be created and customized to fit the branding. We recommend you create a dropbox or google drive folder and share it with us at services@wphelpclub.com. Name the folder with your name/domain name so we can recognise you That’s where you can share information with us. LOGIN This is the page layout that will allow your members to login. DASHBOARD This is the page that your members will see after they login no matter what they purchased/signed up for. This page is optional if you only plan to offer 1 course/program and prefer to send them directly to your course page, we can do that. This example shows you 3 badges: 1 for a free content freebie, 1 for a free course and one for a paid course. We’ll be implementing 1 badge/1 course with this package and you’ll have all the training necessary to add your own with the tech library. MODULE/LESSON PAGE This is the page that your members will see when they click on the program/course badge. This layout has a vertical menu that allows them to navigate through the entire course if applicable. That menu can be easily customized or deleted if not needed. CONTACT/SUPPORT PAGE This is the page that your members can go to if they need to get in touch with you. It can have a contact form, an email address, however you want them to be able to get in touch with you. RESOURCES PAGE This is the page that your members can go to for extra resources from you (links to articles, videos, audios, tools,.), this is where you get to be resourceful for your members. that page can be deleted if you don’t want it. FAQ PAGE This is another optional FAQ page that you can use to answer FAQs. CUSTOMIZATION Now that you’ve seen the layout, let’s talk customisation! STYLING • If you haven’t already, go create a google drive or dropbox folder for this project. This is what we’ll be using to gather your graphic information. • make sure you invite us at services@wphelpclub.com Name the folder with your name/domain name so we can recognize you! • Link to the google drive or dropbox folder (enter the url even if you’ve just invited us) Customisation for Login 1. Logo : we recommend a size of 300px*100px (as shown in screenshot). If your logo is more vertical it will increase the height of the top section. -> Place your logo in the folder (check when done) 2. login background image : we recommend an image that is 2000*1300. The image should not contain text that you want readable and it should be ok if it’s partly covered (especially for mobile where we don’t see much of the image anyway). -> Place your background image in the folder -> Prefer to use a color or leave it white? In this example if have a black and grey and a pink accent color but you can choose something different (and you’ll be able to modify it later as well). We’ll set it to direct to the template sales page and you can modify it anyway you’d like with the tutorial videos. This is optional. You’ll need to choose 2 but you’ll be able to use any font in the future. We’ll set you up with a font for headings/titles and a font for your general body text. Here is the list of fonts supported by Divi. Our tutorial library will show you how to add paid/other fonts to your site if that’s something you’d like to do in the future. Both platforms allow you create a learning platform with multiple courses, a recurring membership and even add your freebies to the platform. AccessAlly is much more powerful and flexible, it comes with reporting on what your members are doing and is a 2 way synchronisation with your CRM. Wishlistmember is a good solution for lower budget/simple content delivery. AccessAlly AccessAlly works with Active Campaign, ConvertKit, Infusionsoft and Ontraport onlyansd needs to be purchased separately. If you don't have a license yet we have a link for a trial for you.
